PHILIP OAKLEY 1938 ~ 2009 It is with great sadness that the family of Philip Arnold Oakley announces his passing on Monday, March 23, 2009, at the age of 70 years. Phil will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Sandra, and his children, Debbie, Philip (Denise), Jim (Kathy), and Derek (Laura). Phil will also be fondly remembered by his nine grandchildren, Andrea, Chris, Ashley, Jennifer, Serena, Stephanie, Tanisha, Sydney, and Chelsea and by his brother Ron (Irene). Philip was predeceased by his father James, mother Dorothy, and by his brother Bill. A Celebration of Life for Phil will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2009 at the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel, 285 Fortune Drive.
