Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander on Sunday, August 5th, 2012 Eugene Hicks, age 78. Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Patience ( nee Quinlan), brother Bert, sister Belle Mac Donald. Left to mourn with loving memories are his loving wife of 61 years Maisie (nee Collins), son Derek (Renee) of Carmanville, daughter Trudy (Carson) Wheaton of Frederickton, grandchildren Shannon, Sheryl, Kristin, Gerard, great grandchildren Jessica, and Jacob. A large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Carmanville. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 8th from the Emanuel United Church.
