DAVID A. (FRED) WILLIAMS David passed away peacefully on March 29, 2009 at Pine Grove Care Centre. Born on April 22, 1915 in Ottawa, he was predeceased by his parents Oswald and Lottie Williams and his two sisters Dorothy and Evelyn. He is survived by his wife Helen of 57 years and a niece and nephew in Ontario. David proudly served his country, in the army, during World War II in Canada, United Kingdom and the Mediterranean.
