The death occurred at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Friday, March 21, 2008, of John Allen Fraser, lifelong resident of Hopefield, in his 80th year. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Ethel, Jenny and Mary, sister-in-law Joy and numerous nieces and nephews. Especially remembered by his lifelong caregiver and cousin, Minnie Bain. John was predeceased by his parents, Allen and Margaret; sisters Nina, Margaret, Catherine and brother, Daniel. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Monday from Wood Islands Presbyterian Church at 2:30 p.m. Interment later in Wood Islands Cemetery. If so desired memorials to Kings County Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
