It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Martin Fintan Hynes announce his passing at the Bay St George Long Term Care Centre on Friday August 31st , 2012 at the age of 88 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 64 years, Marguerite (nee Hynes), his sons: Randy (Sandy), Michael, Alban (Virginia), Roger (Evelyn), Sandy (Pearl) and Gary (Julia), his daughters: Marlene (Peter), Rhoda (Jim), Phyllis (Michael), Bernadette (Darren), and Johannah (Garry), grandchildren: Chris, Scott, Stephen, Terri, Michael, Aaron, Sheila, Trevor, Evan, Kyle, Laura, Justin, Chantelle, Amanda, Zachary, Jeffrey and Jacob, great-grandchildren: Adam, Tristan, Troy, Destiny and Jesse, one sister, Teresa McCann. He was predeceased by his brother Augustus and his sister Phyllis. Funeral services are as follows: Visitation on Sunday September 2nd at Maria Regina Parish from 2-4 and 7-9 with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. A Mass of Requiem will take place on Monday September 3rd 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow at the Twilight Seniors Club on Hynes’ Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Society or the Bay St George Long Term Care Center would be greatly appreciated.
