LeBLANC, FERNAND - 1963 - 2012 - Fernand LeBlanc, 49 of Grande-Digue and formerly of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, September 5th, 2012. Born in Shediac on January 26, 1963, he was the son of the late Acquilla and Ita (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. He worked as a security guard at Parlee Beach, Shediac. He will be sadly missed by his four sisters; Jeannita Bastarache of Saint-Charles, Bernice Poirier (Jules) of Grande-Digue, Florence Savoie (Normand) of Shediac River, Geraldine Gaudet (Bob) of Dieppe, and one brother Normand (Lauria) of Saint-Antoine and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one sister Mélina and three brothers; Aldoria, Bernard and Rhéal.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Friday, September 7th, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine Church on Saturday, September 8th, 2012 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery. In Fernand’s memory donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or donations to the family.
