Passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 6, 2012, Eleanor “Ellen” White (nee Gillis). Predeceased by her father James Gillis. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Gerry; mother Melita Gillis; sister Judy; brother Ted; sisters-in-law: Alice Ledrew (Randy), Anne Downey (Bernie), Rita Roberts (Dean), Elizabeth Tate (Steve), Patricia Hache, Isabelle Tholl (Dave), and Barbara Dickens (Paul); brothers-in-law: Hector White (Mary), Telesphore White (Debbie), Gervase White (Reshelda), and Kevin White (Wanda); also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, September 10, 2012. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
