Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, March 25, 2008, of Mrs. Margaret Mary Mitchell of Charlottetown and formerly of Grand Tracadie in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Mitchell and dear mother of Gerard (Mary), Mary (Bill) Mangan, Helen (Lawrence) Forgette, Joseph, Jean (James Rodd), George and Marion (Tim Henderson). She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Erin Mitchell (Reg Trainor), Nathanael Mitchell, Jessica (Dan) Barie, Mari-Margaret Forgette (Aaron Brassard); three great-grandchildren; her brother, John B. (Ursula) MacDonald; sisters-in-law, Katherine and Elizabeth MacDonald, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sons, Edward and Leonard; her sister, Eileen MacDonald; her brothers, Kenneth, Monseigneur P.F., William, Eugene and Leonard MacDonald and sister-in-law, Theresa MacDonald.
