Passed away suddenly on March 1, 2008 on his 35th birthday. Predeceased by his mother Veronica Byrne, nee (Murphy), father Gerald Byrne. Left with special memories and heavy hearts are his best friend, wife of 12 years and mother of their three wonderful sons: Kelly (Parsons), Gerald 11, Logan 5, Carter 17 months; sisters: Paula Byrne (Paul), Judy (Billy) Somerton; brothers: Terry (Sue) Byrne, Tim Byrne, all residing in Cambridge, Ont; step-mother Laura Chafe; step-sister Paula Rowsell (Cory); two step-brothers: Neil, Rocky Adams, St. John's; many nieces and nephews; a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Pendergast's Funeral Home, Bell Island on Tuesday, March 4th and Wednesday March 5th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place March 6th at 2 p.m., St. Michaels Church, Bell Island. Interment to follow at Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bell Island. Flowers and donations kindly accepted.
