Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, September 13, 2012 of Mary Agatha Theresa Doyle (nee Cannon) of Pleasant Grove, age 94 Yrs. Beloved wife of the late Leo M. Doyle. Mary is survived by her children - Billy (Marj), Mary Leah Trainor (Glen - deceased), Emmett (Zelda), Irene, Eugene (Bernice), Bernadine Fitzpatrick (Gerard), Leona Lane (John), Rose Marie (Garth), Jim (Dena), Randy (Jennifer), and Coleen MacEachern (Sterling).
She is also survived by her grandchildren - Kevin Doyle, Danny Doyle (Rachelle) Beth Doyle, Patrick Trainor (Debra Lynn), Jimmy Trainor (Natalie), Leanne Trainor (Tim), Reg Trainor (Erin), Joseph Doyle (Francine), Kelly Wood (Robert), Bob Doyle (Marina), Stephen Doyle (Kimberly), Jason Doyle (Chantel), Jennifer Collins (Chad), Julie Hopkin (Travis), Michael Fitzpatrick (Lori), Susan Fitzpatrick (Byron), John-Francis Lane (Sophia), Emily Lane (Joseph), Michelle Lane, David Lane, Jared Doyle, Kathryn Doyle, Emma Doyle, Krista Arsenault, Darcy Burt, Cassy Powers, Amanda Killorn (Evan), Jeremy MacEachern and Travis MacEachern. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; brother - Wilfred Cannon (Margaret); sisters-in-law, Hilda Cannon and Sally Doyle. Mary was predeceased by her infant son - Daniel; granddaughter - Karen Doyle, great grandson - Ambrose Fitzpatrick, parents - Daniel and Cecelia (Morrissey) Cannon and brothers - William, Daniel, Harry, and Leo Cannon. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation on Sunday, September 16, 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Church, Covehead, Monday, September 17 at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Due to allergies, no scents please.
