Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, January 18, 2010, at the Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 54, Karen June Daniels. Predeceased by parents Frank and Emma Chaulk and father-in-law Robert Daniels. Left with fond and loving memories, beloved and devoted husband of 31 years Kris Daniels; daughters: Kristen (Damien Coombs) and Kara (Justin Brushett); her precious grandson Noah Coombs who she adored, and her beloved dog, Yazzie. She will be greatly missed by her brother Don (Shirley), and sisters: Judy, Arlene (Carl) and Michelle (Steve); brothers-in-law: Ross (Gert) and Bob (Cathy) and mother-in-law Marjorie Daniels. Leaving with many precious memories are her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends including special friends Marg, Heather and Annette. Special thanks to all the staff at the Health Sciences Centre, Intensive Care Unit. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation from 2-9 p.m. Tuesday, 10-9 p.m. Wednesday and 10-12 noon Thursday. Funeral service on Thursday, January 21st, 2010 at 2 p.m. from St. James United Church, Elizabeth Avenue.
