We, the family of Eileen MacPherson extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who supported us in any way during our time of sorrow. To the following people we give a special thanks, Dr. Ley, Dr. Creighton and all the other doctors and staff of 3 South at the Glace Bay Health Care Complex. The Homecare workers and private care ladies whose wonderful care enabled Eileen to remain in her home. Rev. Finlayson of Knox United Church for the beautiful service, the organist and choir for the lovely music, the U.C.W. for their hospitality and wonderful lunch. Patten Funeral Home for doing a great job organizing the funeral. All family, friends and neighbors who visited, attended the memorial service, called, sent e-mails, cards and gifts of food, flowers and donations. Lori and Colin for the wonderful poem of their grandmother’s life, and finally the pallbearers Phil, Cody, Elias and Colin. We deeply appreciate everything that was done for Eileen and our family.
