The death occurred at the Kings County Memorial Hospital, Montague, on Saturday, March 29, 2008, of John (Roland) Bruce, aged 76 years, formerly of High Bank. Survived by brother, Earle (Enid) Bruce, Montague; sister, Marian Bruce (Jerry Davies) High Bank; also niece, Janice Krug, N.Y. Predeceased by parents, John and Bertha (Nicholson) Bruce and sister, Annabelle Brehaut. Resting at Southern Kings Funeral Home, Murray River, for visiting hours on Tuesday, April 1, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday, April 2 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
