Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, Robert Simmonds of Clarenville, aged 57 years. Predeceased by granddaughter Madyson (2006) and parents Arthur John (1980) and Sarah (2004). Left with fond and loving memories his wife Linda of 33 years; daughter Jennifer (Mitchell), Goulds; Son Shane (Teri Lynn), Clarenville; grandchildren Mikayla, Riley, Brianna and A.J.; sisters Bertha Hurley (Melvin Boone), North River, Violet Power (Tom), Paradise, Vonne Simmonds, Ontario and Lilly Simmonds, Alberta; brothers Lorne (Debbie), Musgravetown and Joe (Glenda), Alberta and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service took place on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Memorial United Church, Clarenville with interment at United Church Cemetery, Clarenville.
