PAGE, LEO - At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, September 22, 2012, Mr. Leo Page of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 85 years. He was married to the former Therese Guimond. Born at Drummond in 1927, he was a son of the late Frank and Celina (Cote) Page. A retired barber, Mr. Page was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 3rd degree of Council 2331 and 4th degree of Assembly 0621. He is survived by his wife, two sons, Michel (Lise) of Saint-Eustache, Quebec and Jacques of Grand Falls, two grandchildren, Marie-Michelle and Gabriel, brothers and sisters, Doris Racine (Roger) of Gatineau, Quebec, Therese Desjardins of Saint-Andre, Sam of Cornwall, Ontario, Guildor (partner Doreen Ford) of Edmundston and Parise Devost (Gilbert) of Grand Falls, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Desneiges Cote, four brothers, Onil, Philippe, Felix and Conde, brother-in-law, Albert Desjardins (Therese), sisters-in-law, Opal Page (Sam) and Louella Page (Guiildor).
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. His funeral service will be held Saturday, September 29th at 11 a.m. from the Saint-Georges Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with interment in the parish cemetery.
