It is with incredible sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Atlas Ella Mushansky (Apperly) announce her passing on September 18, 2012 at the age of 91, she was born in Prongue, Saskatchewan on May 21, 1921.

Atlas was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother as well as a true friend to so many that knew her. She faced life with great strength and unconditional love for her surviving family, Daughter Doreen Phillips (Lee), Granddaughter Crystal Phillips, Grandson Corey Phillips (Debbie), two Great Grandchildren, Cohen and Milan, all of Calgary, Son Wilf Hennessy (Lorna), Grandson Glenn Hennessy, Granddaughter Kathy Kidd (Steve), four Great Grandchildren, Merissa, Cassandra, Zoey and Seth all of Edmonton.

A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date with immediate family in Edmonton.
