Dorothy peacefully passed away at the age of 74. She lived a fulfilled, joyful life and will be sadly missed by all.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters Debbie Anderson, Rhonda (Norman) Anderson, Colleen Anderson and her sons Edward (Cindy) Anderson, Norman Anderson and Gordon Anderson. Dorothy has fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.

She is also survived by her siblings: Rose (Dick) Lee, Fred (Donna) Paquette, Ann Magowan, Yvonne (Bert) Hauge, Howard (Ann) Paquette, Lorraine (Ken) McDougall, sister-in-law Elna Paquette, first husband and best friends Earl and Marilyn Anderson.

She was predeceased by her husband Richard Ajas, parents Dorothy and Augustin Paquette, sister Bertha Johnson and brothers Edward and Richard.

Dorothy was born in Yellowknife, NWT and lived in many places but would always come back to Kamloops. She was a fun loving person who enjoyed travelling, card games, bingo, spending quality time with her children, grandchildren and other family members.

As requested by Dorothy, no formal service will be held.

All those who would like to join the family at Hillside Cemetery for a graveside service are invited to do so on Monday, October 1st, 2012 at 1:30 P.M. Please join us for refreshments and sharing of memories following the service at 767 York Street.

If friends desire, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 203-635 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC, V2C 2B3 in memory of Dorothy would be appreciated.
