At the Palliative Care Unit, Prince Edward Home, on Sunday, September 30, 2012, of Mrs. Faith Ramsay (nee Lynch) of Charlottetown and formerly of Portage, age 83 years.
Beloved wife of the late Charles “Bus” Ramsay and also predeceased by special friend Mel Walsh. Dear mother of Wayne (Lois) Ramsay, Fran Dowling (Stephen dec), Sharon (Billy) Peters, Pat Ramsay (Natalie Pinette), Don (Lucille) Ramsay, Dana Ramsay, Darlene (Paul) Porier, and Michael Ramsay. Also remembered by Mel’s children Michael and Michelle Walsh. Loving grammy of 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Bernard (Marjorie) Lynch and sister Shirley (Jerome) McNeill, and sisters-in-law Alicia Lynch, Patricia Lynch, Mary Lynch and Shirley Lynch. Faith was also predeceased by her brothers Patrick, Leo, Jack, Greg and sisters Rita, Lilla, Anna, Frances, Emma and Barbara.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday 5-9 p.m. Time of funeral to be announced later.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the IWK Children’s Hospital.
