MARGARET "PEGGY" VANDERLINDEN
We, the family of the late Margaret "Peggy" VanderLinden wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us in our time of need. We offer special thank you to Dr. Ein Oei, Dr. Paula Creighton, attending physicians and nursing staff at the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital Emergency Department and at the 4B inpatient unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Also, a special thank you is extended to the dedicated homecare staff who cared for Mom, the VON nurses and to Cathy and Anne. Thank you to Fr. Dan Boudreau for his support and comforting words, to the St. Eugene's Choir and to the CWL for the beautiful lunch that was provided after the funeral service. To T.W. Curry's Funeral Home, we are grateful for your compassion and professionalism. Thank you to the pallbearers, Tom, Dan, James, Troy, Ryder and William who proudly carried their beloved grandmother to her final resting place. Thank you to bagpiper, Mike Campbell, for honouring Mom's Scottish heritage. We would also like to thank everyone who travelled, sent food, cards, flowers and other expressions of sympathy.
