VAUTOUR, COREY - It is with great sorrow we announce the unexpected passing of Corey Patrick Vautour on Sunday, September 30, 2012. Born on October 14, 1987, Corey was the beloved son of Sherry Vautour and Patrick O'Brien. Corey is survived by his sister Amanda and his brothers Jeffrey and Brandon. He was the grandson of Victoria Cobham and the late Betty and Leo O'Brien. Corey enjoyed being a part of a close-knit extended family including several aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins that he cherished. Corey loved time spent with children, especially his niece Makenzie. Corey had a passion for music. He dreamed of recording the songs he wrote especially his "rap" of life experiences. He was a student at Ready Arch Welding and he loved the creative aspect of working with his hands. Corey's smile won the hearts of all who met him.
Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Avenue (634-1701) visitation for friends will take place on Wednesday, October 3rd from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A private family service will take place on Thursday. Donations in memory of Corey can be made to a children's organization of your choice. Corey loved life.... No words can express our grief.
