PICTOU LANDING - Frank Michael James Debruge, 70, Pictou Landing, passed away suddenly, Saturday, October 13, 2012 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Toronto, Ont., he was a son of the late Maude Debruge. Frank had worked for Perry’s Auto Body in earlier years. He was owner/operator of Frank’s Auto Body prior to working with A. W. Leil Cranes & Equipment Limited. Frank was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Surviving are his children, Sherry (Doug) Bruce, Kingston, Ont.; Leighanne Debruge (Fred), Toronto; Kim Milligan, Toronto; Pam Burgess, Toronto; Stephen (Kim) Coyle, Trenton; sisters, Susan and Yvonne; brothers, Buddy and Lloyd; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by son Gary.
The family will receive visitor’s 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, New Glasgow where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel with Rev. John Roy officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery at a later date.
Donations may be made in Frank’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
