At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, April 12, 2008, of Josephine Elizabeth (Longphee) White of MacEwen Mews, Margate and formerly of Kensington, age 86 years. Born in New Zealand, P.E.I., daughter of the late Isaac and Josephine (Gregory) Longphee. Wife of the late Charles Edward White. Mother of Margaret (Eugene) Donahue, Florida; Sonny (Mary) White, Indian River; Joseph (Lisa) White, California; and Dorothy (Albert) Foucek, California. Grandmother of nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary Livingstone, Summerside. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Lottie (James) Aldridge, Margaret (Joseph) Monteith, Temple (Barbara) Longphee, Eddie (Elizabeth) Longphee, John Longphee and Olive (James) McCormick. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington. No visitation by personal request. A memorial mass will be held Thursday at the Church of Holy Family, Kensington, at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Alexis Church Cemetery, Rollo Bay.
