HANSEN, BETTY - The death of Betty Lou Victoria Hansen of Fredericton, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hopsital, Fredericton, NB, on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at the age of 75. Born in Newcastle, NB, Betty Lou was the daughter of the late Asbjorn and Margaret (McGowan) Hansen. Betty Lou retired from the former Esson Motors Ltd, Newcastle, NB and also as a manager of Newcastle and Fredericton Travel Agency. Betty Lou is survived by one sister: Pauline Parks of Fredericton, NB; two brothers: Ralph (Mary) of Newcastle, NB and Asbjorn (Marilyn) of Ottawa, ON and several nieces and nephews. Betty Lou is predeceased by two sisters: Lillian McPherson and Marg Hatheway and two brothers: Paul and Harold.
