Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Monday, Oct. 08th, 2012, WILLIAM ROBERT WITHERS, of Rock Harbour, NL, in his 69th year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Eliza, son George , Rock Harbour, daughters Tracy Penney (Don), Alberta, Nicole Cooper (Scott), Alberta, precious grandson William Penney, mother Mary Withers, Creston South, sisters Ann Wagg (Keith), Lewins Cove, Elizabeth Stone (Lester), Creston South, brothers George (Pauline), Portugal Cove, and Wallace, Creston South, sister in law Jane Withers, Rock Harbour; and a large circle of other relatives and friends

Predeceased by his father Nicholas, brother John, and niece Karen Power.

Rev. Robert Peddle conducted the funeral service at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Rock Harbour on Thursday, Oct. 18th, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Inurnment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Rock Harbour.

Donations in William’s memory may be made to St. Peter’s Anglican Church Cemetery Fund.

Urn bearer was Roger Withers.
