Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 14, 2008, in her 80th year. Predeceased by her husband John (Buck). She will be greatly missed by her son, John, and her daughters, Heather and Pauline. Nans will be fondly missed by her six grandchildren, and loving friends. Devoted sister of Gerald, Helen, and predeceased by Albert (Bert) Lannan. The many memories of sharing jam, biscuits and tea in the warmth of her kitchen will continue to bring a smile to our faces. Visitors are welcomed to Giffen-Mack “Scarborough” Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 4115 Lawrence Avenue East (just west of Kingston Road), Toronto, Ont., 416-281-6800 on Friday, April 18, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Boniface Catholic Church (21 Markanna Drive). Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
