The family of the late Mary S. Lyons wish to express our sincere gratitude to our dear relatives and friends who visited, telephoned, sent food, flowers, cards and condolences, made memorial donations and attended Mom's memorial service. Our heartfelt thanks to all who helped our family during Mom's illness and sad loss with a special thank you to Gennie and Kim Green, Lily Lyons, Myrna Murphy, Dale Boone, Pam Forward, Doris and Megan Butts. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Michael Gallivan, Dr. Kevin Orrell, the nursing staff at Sydney and Glace Bay (3rd Floor West) Hospitals and Cape Breton County Homemakers for your outstanding compassion and medical care. Especially do we wish to thank Rev. Matheson, the St. Luke's United Church choir and organist Alice MacLeod for the lovely memorial service, Todd Jenkins and Evie Cruickshank for your moving tributes, readers Sherri Tutty and Myrna Murphy, the UCW for the refreshments and V.J.
