Peacefully, at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge, Eldon, on Thursday, October 25, 2012, of Annie Morrison Ross (MacRae), age 96 years.
Born May 20, 1916 in South Pinette, she was the daughter of Sinclair and Diana MacRae.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband J. Charles Ross and her siblings Roderick, Penelope, Murdoch, John William and Stewart.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Barbara) Ross and Diane (Tom) Ward; grandchildren, Keith (Patti) Ross, Kirsty Ward, Lesley Ward (Kerri Field), Paul (Kazue) Maguire and Kotoe, who named her "Grammydoll"; sisters-in-law, Betty MacRae, Peggy MacRae; cousins, Isabel MacDonald, Ann MacColl, John Morrison; and many nieces and nephews. She was a special friend and roommate to Joy Wilkinson.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation on Sunday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral on Monday from St. John's Presbyterian Church, Belfast, at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. John's Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge or St. John's Presbyterian Church Cemetery Fund.
