KANE, SALLY - (January 1948 - October 28, 2012) - Sally passed peacefully at home with her family at her side after a valiant struggle with cancer. Daughter of the late Julia and Walter Barchard, Sally graduated the Saint John General Hospital School of Nursing, 1969. She was Nursing Supervisor Extended Care, Oshawa for 24 years. Sally enjoyed family boating, wintering in Florida, gardening, and singing with the International Sweet Adeline Chorus for 24 years. Survived by devoted husband Gerry, loving sons Jeff and Jason (Carrie), cherished grandchildren Jack and Maggie, brother Wayne (Anita) and brother-in-law Vaughan (Ellen).
