(July 7, 1942-October 31, 2012). Passed away after a brief illness, John Alexander Hunt of Witless Bay. Reunited with his darling angel Stephanie, his parents Samuel and Alvina, brother Len. Leaving to mourn his loving wife June (nee Healey); son John (Sue); step-daughter Jackie Lee (Robert); step-son Barry O’Neill (Glenda); six grandchildren: Keith and Stephanie Hunt, Trevor Walsh (Ashley), RJ and Brett Lee, and Brady O’Neill; one great-grandchild Jordan Walsh; brothers and sisters: Kevin (Marion), Betty Pottle (Gord), Eileen Mercer (Dave), Jim (Hilda), Gordon (Jessie) and their families; brothers and sisters-in-law: Pat Healey (Phyllis) of Ontario, Betty Brown (Billy) of USA, Sharon O’Neill (Owen), Charlie Healey (Louise), Cindy Hillard (Jerry) of USA, Teri Evans (Jim), Maude Hunt, Teresa Lawrence and many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
