Peacefully at Hillsborough Hospital on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, of Mr. Frank L. Roberts of Corran Ban, age 76 years.
Beloved husband of Alice “Mickey” Roberts (nee Hughes) and dear father of Wayne, Shane, Rob, Kathy (Roy) Mutch, Lana (Jim) Trainor, Angela (Jamie) Smith, Billy (Cathy Arsenault), Susie (Stephen) Fay. He is also survived by eight loving grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Pearl McNabb, Arlene Kickham, Robert, Beverley Culligan and Carl “Buddy”.
He was predeceased by his son Michael, granddaughter Kaitlin and brothers Clarence, George and Fred.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012, at St. Michael’s Church, Corran Ban at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the family plot in the parish cemetery. No visitation by personal request.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael’s Cemetery Fund or unit 5 at Hillsborough Hospital.
Following the interment there will be a celebration of Frank’s life held at the church hall, everyone is welcome.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home.
