At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, November 10, 2012, of Mr. Cyril F. “Cy” Gallant of Charlottetown, age 72 years.
Beloved husband of Mary (nee Forsyth). Stepfather of Kenny (Audrey) Allan. Papa Cy to Janelle Linzel. Brother of Ellen Burke, Mary Dockendorff, James Gallant and brother-in-law of James Forsyth. Cy is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephew. He was predeceased by his parents James Henry and Sarah Gallant and brother Benny.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until 10:15 on Tuesday morning, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
