(nee Burke) Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on March 4, 2008, Elizabeth (Bess) Martin, in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband John; children: Genevieve, Elizabeth and John; granddaughters: Gerrianne and Shelli and her brothers: Tom, William and Jim. Leaving to mourn her children: Mary Hickey (William - deceased), Frank (Margaret), Lorraine, Diane (Bob Moores), Virginia, Paul (Holly), Linda (Randy Givlin), Gerard (Helena); her sisters: Theresa Butler and Mary Evans; 33 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the staff of East 1 Hoyles, for their wonderful care. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant road. Visitation Wednesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday from 12 noon - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. from Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road.
