At the Oakville Seniors’ Residence, Oakville, Ont., on April 28, 2008, of Shirley E. MacLeod (nee Carver), formerly of Lyndale, P.E.I. Survived by her husband, Gerald; daughters, Bonita MacLeod, Heather (Frank) Huth; grandchildren, Laura, John, Katherine and Stephen Perkovic, Richard, Jeremy and Ryan Huth; sisters, Frances (Buchanan) Victor, Carol Smith, Stratford, P.E.I.; sister-in-law, Margaret Carver, Port Credit, Ont. Also survived by one nephew and six nieces. Predeceased by her parents, Hersey and Esther Carver; sister, Jean and brother-in-law, Jim Smith; brother, Preston, and niece, Sheila Leonard. Funeral at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, Oakville, Ont., on May 1, 2008. Burial to take place on P.E.I., at a later date.
