HALL, Gerald Lloyd – 83, of East Mountain passed away peacefully on November 26, 2012 at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Born in Truro, he was a son of the late Harry and Florence “Maude” (Mattatall) Hall. Gerald is survived by daughter, Brenda; son, Darcy; sister, Elsie; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Florence; first wife, Mabel; siblings, Jean, Flora, Helen, Roy, Ivan, Pearl and Annie. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro where a funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, November 29, Reverend Mary White officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home. Interment will be in Crossroads Cemetery, Valley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gerald’s memory to a charity of choice.
