(March 7, 1977-April 23, 2008)- Beloved son of Louise and Keith Hood of Calgary, Alta. Jay passed away at the Vancouver General Hospital in the loving arms of family and friends. A memorial service was held at Saint Andrew’s Wesley United Church on April 28, 2008, where Jay was remembered as a kind, loving and compassionate friend to everyone. Left to mourn are Mom and Dad; brothers, Mark and Darren; many friends, and a large extended family on Prince Edward Island. Thank you to all for your calls and prayers at this sad time.
