The family of the late Allie Batten would like to thank their family and friends for their compassion during the recent loss of their father, grandfather and brother. We would also like to thank everybody who sent food, made phone calls, visited, sent flowers, condolences, cards and monetary gifts, their kindness will never be forgotten. A special thank you to the staff and management of Seaview Manor for their care our father received during the last few years. To our cousin Jean for her many visits and constant help. To Father Leo Boone, the readers granddaughters Lisa, Elaine and Erin, the choir and the ladies auxiliary of St. Leo’s for the beautiful lunch at the reception. Thank you also to those who travelled from out of town to attend the wake and funeral. The pallbearers grandsons Peter, Danny, Joe, Chris and Allen and long time friend Bobbie Schumacher. Lastly V.J.
