Passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL Roosevelt Hedley Ward at the age of 70 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Vivian; children: Frederick (Joanne) Ward, Betty (Otis) Hodder, Shevonne Ward (Darrell), Shana Ward (Gregory), Charmaine Ward (Joseph); grandchildren: Gregory, Brittany, Brandon, Michael, Mitchell, Cody, Dylan, Cassandra, Lydia; brothers: Albert (Marion) Ward, Walter (Linda) Ward, Scott Ward; sisters: Marilyn (Nelson) Budgell, Sandra (Gary) Nicholas; mother-in-law Maude McEachren as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Stanley & Suzanna Ward. Friends may visit St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, Jeffrey’s from 7-9:00 p.m. on Thursday from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, December 7th at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Terry Rose officiating. Interment will follow in the Anglican Church Cemetery, Jeffrey’s. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium.
