We, the family, regret to announce the death of Florence Isobel Krilow, due to cancer, on Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at the Northside General Hospital, with her family by her side.
Born on April 27, 1935, in Southside Boularderie, she was the youngest child of the late Archibald and Margaret (Campbell) MacKinnon.
Florence is survived by her husband of 51 years, William; her daughter, Natalie (Stephen) Farnell, Enfield; and her son, John (Helen) Krilow, Georges River; her three grandchildren, Jessica, Leigha and Benjamin; three step-grandchildren, Matthew, Marc and Amanda; her two brothers, Roddie and Bernie MacKinnon.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret, Catherine, Christine and brothers, Michael and John Francis MacKinnon.

Visitation for Florence will be held from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday in the W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, 107 Pleasant St., North Sydney. Funeral service to be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Peter McLeod officiating. Burial to follow in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Bras d’Or.
