It is with great sadness that the family of Leonard James Pelley announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday December 5, 2012 at the age of 67 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his common-law wife Margaret Anderson, daughter Jacquline Rideout (Warren), grandkids Brady, Blake, son Wade Pelley (Kelly), grandkids Dakota, Kelsey, son Shane Pelley (Cora-Lee), grandkid Casey, sisters: Betty Martin, Doreen Burton (Henry), Pat Perrett (George), brothers: Lloyd (Christine), Donald, sister-in-law Rudy Pelley. Also Leonard has a very special friend Rochelle. He was predeceased by parents Chesley and Frona Pelley, Rose, Keith, Willie. Leonard was an employee with Light & Power. He will be remembered for his love of family, friends, nature, and his dog Dougal. There will be a private family memorial service on Friday December 7, 2012 at 2 p.m. with Major Frank Johnson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
