Passed away at the Pallitive Care Unit, Scarborough General Hospital, Toronto, Ontario on Sunday, December 2, 2012 five days short of her 85th birthday Dora Noel. Pre- deceased by her parents Maggie and Wesley Jackson, sisters Florrie ( Harold Bishop), Evelyn ( Jack Smith), brother Shelby and husbands Baxter Mercer (1984) and Chesley Noel (2011). Left to mourn stepchildren Dale ( Nancy), Sandy, Grant (Jane), step-grandchildren Matthew, Mark, Amanda, Emily, Kristina, Kaitlynn, Robin, Nicholas, step-great grandchildren David, Logan, and Lucas, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander . Funeral service was held, Saturday December 8th from St. Martins Anglican Cathedral, Gander. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
