Passed peacefully away on Thursday, December 13th, 2012 in his 87th year at the Pentecostal Senior Citizen’s Home, Clarke’s Beach, very special father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle, Ralph Matthews of Musgravetown. Predeceased by his wife, Doris (Keats), November 26th, 2009.

Comforted in their loss with many years of wonderful memories of his kindness, creative spirit, devotion to his wife, and unfailing good humor are his children and their families: Eugene (Donna), Courtney and Whitney; Craig (Jennifer), Andrew, Heidi, and Christopher; June (Robert); Gwen (Dennis), Lacey, Christy (Brandon) Dason and Cole. His brothers-in law: Hector (Joan); Wallace (Linda); Larry; Max; sister-in-law, Cavell (Hayward); several nephews and nieces, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends.

Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Lethbridge, Newfoundland. Funeral service held on Sunday, December 16th at Heritage United Church, Musgravetown.
