Born September 6, 1940 at Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Passed peacefully away on December 18, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre after a short illness, Sarah Drinkwater, aged 72 years. Predeceased by her husband John Drinkwater and sister Mary Rice of Halifax. Fondly remembered and loved by her two sons: Robert of Edmonton and Eric of Australia; cousin John Montgomery of Nova Scotia; dear friend Sheila Hapgood, also Simon and Maggie, as well as many other friends in person and on-line. Visitation will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater on Friday, December 21 from 5-7 p.m. and on Saturday, December 22 from 9 -11 a.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
