BREWER, JUDITH A. - Judith A. Brewer, wife of Rev. Arol Brewer of Upper Stone Ridge Road, Zealand, NB passed away December 20, 2012 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in 1947 at Zealand, NB, she was a daughter of the late Roy Crouse and Dorothy (Brewer) Crouse-Estey. Judy was a member of the Stone Ridge Pentecostal Church since 1966, serving as organist, choir director and Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, singing and scrapbooking. A beloved wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband; a daughter, Cheryl Young (Mark); three sons, Rockland Brewer (Vanessa), Terrance Brewer (Roxanne) and Colin Brewer; two granddaughters, Mia and Jasmine Brewer; six sisters, Maxine Finnie, Fredericton, NB, Wanetta Brewer, British Columbia, Marjorie Sommerville (Rollie), Fredericton, NB, Ardith Munn, Royal Road, NB, Paulette Coughlan (Bill), New Maryland, NB and Yvonne Clarkson, Saint John, NB; three brothers, Roy Crouse Jr. (Cora), Curtis Crouse (Rhoda), both of Fredericton, NB and Orville Crouse (Rosalie), Zealand, NB; a brother-in-law, Jackie Coughlan, Zealand, NB; her step-father, Lyman Estey, Zealand, NB; four sisters-in-law and five brothers-in-law in Arol’s family; an aunt, Jennie Hetherington, Grand Lake, NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held at the Stone Ridge Pentecostal Church, 129 Upper Stone Ridge Road, Zealand, NB on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 2 p.m. from the church with Rev. Dale J. Brewer and Rev. Stephen Ashfield officiating. Interment at Stone Ridge Community Cemetery. Pallbearers will be brothers-in-law, Stephen Brewer, Carter Brewer, Wade Brewer, Munroe Brewer, Adam Brewer and Ashley Morehouse.
