McLAUGHLIN, IAN - Ian Blaine McLaughlin, 58, of Water St Miramichi, NB, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. Born in Chatham, NB the son of the late G. F. Cuffy McLaughlin and Jean Nash. Ian was a lifelong Boston Bruins Fan and an avid outdoorsmen. Ian was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #3. Ian Blaine McLaughlin is survived by his loving wife Barbara LeBlanc, stepdaughter: Trina LeBlanc (Vince Pitre-Cool), grandson Maxime, sisters: Barbara Cook, Diane Ramsay and Margaret McLaughlin all of the Miramichi, brothers: Richard (Janet) McLaughlin, Blair (Edith) McLaughlin and Greg (Debbie) McLaughlin all of the Miramichi and many nieces and nephews. Ian Blaine McLaughlin is resting at Maher's Funeral Home 35 University Ave Miramichi on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2pm from St Andrew's United Church Wellington St Miramichi with Rev Charlene Maguire-McKnight officiating.
