It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leonard Moores announces his passing on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at his family residence in Pasadena in his 64th year. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife; Maralies. His daughters; Michelle Moores (Brian Cooper) and Mary Moores. Grandchildren Kristi-Lynn Maralies Moores and Martin Leonard Moores- Cooper. Great- grandchildren Abby and Robby Moores. His siblings Abraham Jr. ( Virtue ), Clifton ( Millicent ), Iram ( Helena ) , Edmund ( Doreen ) and David ( Amanda ) and his step-mother Margaret Moores. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son Leonard and parents Eli and Laurola. Visitation will take place from the United Church in Flowers Cove on Saturday, December 29,2012 from 7-9pm. Sunday , December 30,2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.,where also the funeral service will take place on Monday, December 31,2012 at 11:00am with Rev John McGonigle officiating. Cremation will take place with burial to follow at the family plot.
