The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, of Emily Mary (nee Gaudet) Gallant of Summerside, aged 92 years. Emily was born on Nov. 28, 1920, in Richmond to her late parents Ben and Sophie (nee Gallant) Gaudet. Beloved wife of the late Don Gallant and loving mother of Ron (Evelyn) of Richmond, Sandra (Stan) Gallant, and Gerald all of Summerside. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, until Monday, Dec. 31, where a funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place at a later date. Visiting hours on Monday morning, Dec. 31, from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service.
