It is with great sadness that the family of the late KEVIN JOHNSTON, of St. Bernard’s, NL, announce his passing at his home in St. Bernard’s on Friday, December 21, 2012, at the age of 85. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Wife Pearl of 58 years; 4 Sons – Paul (Peggy) of Calgary, AB, Jerome (Debbie) of Prince George, BC, Keith (Carol) of Prince George, BC & Cyril (Susan) of Edmonton, AB; 4 Daughters – Paulette (Frank) of Foxtrap, Marjorie Osbourne (Glen) of St. John’s, Colleen Scott (Carl) of Marystown & Lana Harty (Wayne) of Pasadena; 1 Sister – Kathleen Smith of Mount Pearl; 18 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by Sons Kevin & Robert and Great-Granddaughter Hayden Osbourne; Brothers – Eugene, Cyril and Gerald; Brother-in-law Sam Smith.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in St. Bernard’s on Monday, December 24, 2012, at 10:00 am. Interment followed at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in St. Bernard’s. In Kevin’s memory donations may be made to Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Parish in St. Bernard’s or flowers gratefully accepted.
