After a courageous battle with cancer, the death occurred at Community Hospital, O’Leary, on Friday, May 16, 2008, of Linton Charles Wallace of Knutsford, aged 49. Beloved spouse of Vanessa Cochrane. Dear father of Sabrina Cochrane, Cornwall; Krista, Jeremy and Anita Wallace, all of Knutsford. Loving grandfather of Avery, Danny and Vannah. Son of Cowan Wallace, O’Leary. Brother of Glennis Wallace, Knutsford; Oral (Charlie) Perry, Howlan; Audrey Wallace, Cornwall; Milton (Kelly), West Devon; Christine (Jason) Greenan, Howlan. Son-in-law of Brenton Cochrane, Alberton. Uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother, Irma, brother Cecil, mother-in-law Leona, grandparents James and Jessie Silliker and Herman and Minnie Wallace. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary. Visiting hours were Monday. Funeral on Tuesday in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in the Knutsford Cemetery.
