SNOW, HILDA “EDNA” - Saint John, passed away January 3, 2013 at the Parkland Shannex, Quispamsis. Born on September 24, 1915, in New Ireland, NB, she was a daughter of the late James and Edna (Fecteau) Doyle. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Edna is survived by her son, Robert Snow; daughters, Judy (Terry Craft) Snow; Dianne (Howard) Inniss; grandchildren, Holly Inniss and Marlaine Craft; Several nieces and nephews; along with her faithful cat, Rusty. Edna was predeceased by her husband, Arnold Roberts Snow; brothers Edmund Doyle, Harold Doyle, Ronald Doyle; sister, Mary Brown and step-daughter Shirley Lourie.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). With visitation on Sunday, January 6 from 2 to 4, 7 to 9 and on Monday, January 7 from 10 to 12 noon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Holy Trinity Church, 21 Canon Street, Saint John on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 2 pm. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.
