(1922-2008) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Alma Ruth Johnston McDowall on May 18, 2008, formerly of Pincourt and Hudson, Quebec and Charlottetown, P.E.I. Beloved ‘Mum’ and special friend of Craig (Kay) and Mary Jean (Peter). "Mama/Muma" will be forever loved and missed by her wonderful grandchildren, Jill Anne, Jeffrey, Caitlyn and Carlee, being their mentor, sage and biggest fan. It was easier for ‘Mum’ to give than to receive, however, we know she would be happy with our suggestion of donations in her memory to be given to a children’s charity of your choice in lieu of flowers. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
